Three Pathways to Excellence
A 3-year curriculum: Year 1 is shared Regenerative Agriculture for all students. Years 2 & 3 branch into one of three specialisation tracks.
Farming Track
Kiku Farm (Chiang Rai) & Green Garden Farm (Chiangmai)
Regenerative agriculture, soil science, and farm-to-market operations. Students master natural composting, biodiversity management, supply chain logistics, and professional leadership of large-scale ecological estates.
Career pathway: Farm Operations Manager, Agri-Food Quality & Compliance Officer, Product Development Manager.
Culinary Track
KUMA Restaurant, Chiang Rai (+ Chiangmai Year 3)
High-end Asian and French fusion techniques under Michelin-standard advisors. Students master the farm-to-table loop, zero-waste kitchen management, artisanal plating, and wine & tea pairing — connecting the soil to the plate.
Career pathway: Junior Chef (Commis), Line Cook, Prep Cook in fine-dining establishments.
Hospitality Track
SamSam Resorts, Koh Yao Noi, Phang Nga
Bespoke butler service, high-end front office operations, and wellness space management inspired by SamSam's philosophy of silence and healing. Multilingual communication tailored for the global luxury traveller.
Career pathway: Guest Experience Officer, Front Office Manager, F&B Management Associate.
Year 1 Foundation — Regenerative Agriculture & Soil Sovereignty (All Students)
All students begin at Kiku Farm (Chiang Rai) and Green Garden Farm (Chiangmai), studying Regenerative Design, Soil Science, and high-quality product yields. Business English is the main teaching language, and weekly Muay Thai & fitness training fosters a positive mindset, physical resilience, and connection to Thai cultural traditions.

3-Year Curriculum Design
Year 1 — Foundation
- Regenerative Farming Education at partner farms in Chiang Rai & Chiangmai
- 3–4 days hands-on practical training + 1–2 days classroom theory per week
- Business English as primary teaching language
- Muay Thai & fitness training — physical resilience and Thai cultural immersion
Years 2 & 3 — Specialisation
- Model 1: Agriculture Professional — Kiku Farm, Chiang Rai
- Model 2: Fine Dining Chef — KUMA Restaurant, Chiang Rai
- Model 3: Hospitality Manager — SamSam Resorts, Koh Yao Noi, Phang Nga
- Assessment: 50% theory + 50% practical in real-world work settings

Who We Serve
Student Profile
Local Thai youth aged 15–19 from disadvantaged backgrounds — including poverty, ethnic minorities (hill tribes), and youth affected by crime, violence, or health challenges.
Entry Process
Recruitment interviews, written examinations, and assessment of attitude, educational level, language skills, communication ability, and creative & critical thinking potential.
Intake & Scaling
2026/27: 10 inaugural students.
2029/30: Target capacity of 30–40 students, with the option to scale to 20 per year.
