Sirirat Health & Freedom Academy
Vision, Mission &
Values
We empower disadvantaged Thai youth aged 15–19 through a rigorous 3-year vocational programme — based on the German model — in professional fields with real demand across Thailand and Southeast Asia.
Our Approach
Vocational Training That Opens Real Doors
Based on Germany's world-renowned dual education model, Sirirat integrates 3–4 days of hands-on practical training with 1–2 days of structured theory each week. Students don't study about professional work — they do it, inside real partner facilities from Day 1.
Upon passing final examinations, graduates earn industry-recognized vocational certifications in Regenerative Farming, Fine Dining, or Hospitality Management — fields with strong and growing demand across Thailand and Southeast Asia.

How We Operate
Foundation Principles
The German Dual Model
3–4 days of hands-on practical training inside partner farms, restaurants and resorts — plus 1–2 days of structured theory per week. Students learn by doing professional work from Day 1, not preparing for it.
Disadvantaged Youth First
Our target cohort is Thai youth aged 15–19 from backgrounds of poverty, ethnic minorities (including hill tribe communities), and those affected by crime, violence, or other vulnerabilities. Sirirat exists precisely for those who are most often overlooked.
Industry-Recognized Certification
Graduates earn vocational certifications with strong market credibility — recognized by the industry because training happens inside first-grade facilities led by highly professional instructors. Theory 50% + Practical 50%, assessed in real work settings.
Phased National Growth
Phase I focuses on Thailand, starting with 10 students in 2026/2027 and scaling to a target capacity of 30–40 students by 2029/2030. Phase II may expand to other Asian countries as the model proves itself.
